Alkotmany utca 20 was the first apartment where Eva worked for a year to correct construction issues, once the issues were solved, she organized the furnishings and added design touches ready for the Airbnb business. As Eva managed the Airbnb business, she was networking to find a buyer, Eva successfully sold Alkotmany in 2019. The second property, located at Andrassy utca 1 needed a structural renovation which included reconstruction of electricals, plumbing, heating, flooring, wall plastering etc. so in 2019 Eva organized and managed the entire renovation, provided supplier connections and by being present on a daily basis Eva solved many construction questions avoiding future issues.
